+ Where are you located? What are your hours?

+ How does scheduling work?
Each parent will schedule a session time for their senior using THIS LINK. Parents will receive an email with a questionnaire for the senior to complete so we can prepare for them on a personal level. You'll also receive a few reminder emails which include parking instructions and additional tips, tricks, and information.
+ What colors should I wear?
For casuals we encourage students to bring one fancy outfit and one casual outfit. Try to stay away from checkered prints and fluorescent colors! Senior formal attire is provided.
+ Do you have a changing room?
There are public restrooms within the building. We encourage those choosing to wear the formal tux to arrive wearing a white undershirt or tank-top. A privacy top will be provided for students who choose the formal drape.
+ Can my mom come?
We encourage all students to bring a parent or legal guardian to their session!
+ Can I bring my stylist?
One licensed stylist may accompany you. Stylists should have their licenses with them!
+ Is it okay if my dog is in one of my pictures?
Unfortunately, we will not be offering sessions with pets indoors this year. However, if you schedule an outdoor session with ProStudio7 we will happily accommodate your four legged friends. Packages start at $199, contact us today to schedule your session!
+ Where do we park?
The parking garage directly behind ProStudio7 is The Commerce Street Garage, 133 Commerce Street, and is $0.75. Parking is free at metered spots on the weekend, and after 5 on the weekday. 9am-5pm parking Monday through Friday is $0.25 for 75 minutes. Garage and metered parking takes cards as well as cash.
+ Are students required to take in studio photos with ProStudio7 to be featured in the portrait section of the yearbook?
Yes! To be featured in the yearbook, all students must have their formal portrait taken by ProStudio7. Our studio will be photographing seniors from June 7th through August 31st.
+ Is there a yearbook only option?
Of course! Your images will be loaded into a secure online ordering portal with the ability to order until March 13th, 2022.
+ Is there a sitting fee for the student?
No, there is no sitting fee for either the indoor formal or indoor casual sessions.
+ Will we still be able to get a formal and casual image for each student?
All students will be photographed in the provided formal attire. Our schedule is still open for formal photos only, however if you are seriously interested in having casual photos taken as well, send us an email and we’ll accommodate your request!
+ But I want outdoors casuals?
GREAT! We offer outdoor sessions as well. Those will be an additional cost to the senior and they can schedule a followup session for those at any time. We will NOT be able to do them at the same time as our studio team and our creative team have their own independent schedulers. We want to pair you with the best photographer for the style of session you are being photographed for. Packages start at $199.
+ What will my student wear for the senior formal?
We provide a formal drape with a privacy top underneath, or students can choose the formal suit and bowtie. Each student can pick which formal outfit suits them best.
+ When will the student pick their yearbook image?
All students will need to log in to their online gallery to select their yearbook image. Students who haven't selected their yearbook image by October 20th, will have their photos selected for them.
+ What is the turnaround time for the images after I place my order online?
Your shipment should arrive within 10 business days directly to your home. For canvases, blankets and other specialty products, shipping times will vary.
+ What is the fee for missing my appointment?
My Professional & Friendly Photographers were waiting for you! Same Day Cancellations and No Shows will pay a $29 fee to reschedule. Unfortunately, no special considerations will be applied for those cancelling within 24 hours of their session.
